Specto partnered with British Computer Society (BCS), ICDL Foundation and Kaplan, to establish a network of organizations across the Arab region to provide training and testing in state-of-the-art subjects, including a dozen of BCS professional certifications. Specto owns a learning platform and a testing system with more than 2.1 million tests already used.
