  We are a leading FE provider in the South-West for Computing, offering a variety of courses and initiatives. These include A Levels; BTECs; Apprenticeships in Software Development, Infrastructure Technicians and Digital Marketing; flexible learning in IT/digital skills for adults; and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications. We are also a Microsoft risual partner with a showcase classroom and working towards Microsoft Training Academy status. We were the first FE College to become a Digital Schoolhouse, offering training to schools in delivering a creative Computing curriculum. Computing/IT students participate in work experience initiatives including INTEL Galileo/Genuino projects and exhibited at the BETT Show.

Digital Skills Solutions Ltd runs the Samsung Digital Academy working in close partnership with Samsung to provide Level 2 & 3 courses (with UCAS accreditation embedded in them) alongside an innovative 15 week ‘HUB’ programme.

  Primary Goal - Unlocking & Inspiring Technology in Schools. Our Primary Goal is to embed the use of technology in education by providing Teacher Apprentices who can support the use of IT in lessons and maintain technology in school. Our unique programme has been developed with the support of Headteachers and Business Managers to meet specific requirements of schools and Ofsted requirements. A Teacher’s Apprentice will receive training and ongoing support from the Tablet Academy, a leading provider of digital technology teacher training and receive technical training and support from an IT provider, which could be the school’s current provider.

We work with private and public sector employers and individuals from all over the UK, providing digital skills training aligned with certification bodies in such areas as Big Data, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, Software development and AI & Machine learning.  We are strong believers that in order to unfold their full potential, learners must be supported to take ownership of their learning and undertake learning in the way that’s most suitable for their own preference.  Apart from delivering tech training, we are also working hard to close the gender gap in the tech space through our DEIB projects and taking part in various initiatives.
